Grand Lodge of Arkansas’ Grand Master declared that he is keeping the charter as revoked and will have Sebastian Lodge’s charter permanently revoked at the next Grand Lodge Session coming in February of 2011.

The Grand Master and the corrupt leadership at 700 Scott. St., Little Rock, AR wanted this website to say “Error 403: Forbidden!!!” forever. This website remained offline so that Sebastian Lodge would regain its charter and continue on with the craft. However, the bargain that the website be removed and that Derek Gordon be removed from Arkansas Masonry in trade for the charter was broken by such corrupt men.

Permission for everything on this website was given by then Grand Secretary, James Weatherall P.G.M. and was applauded by two D.D.G.M.’s for providing great details on Masonry and furthering the growth of Masonry in Arkansas.

All information not pertaining directly to Sebastian Lodge was obtained from other Arkansas mainstream websites. First, direct content and links on the Arkansas Grand Lodge website led to a lot of the information regarding degrees. ARGL has removed their website so as to destroy any paper trail. However, ARGL’s links were namely made up of subordinate lodges who have yet to have their charter revoked in Arkansas. The Masonic lectures came from another Arkansas lodge’s website which has since been altered. The Masonic History also came from ARGL’s links, namely a lodge in eastern Arkansas .

In the end, this website was just a well-built archive of information provided by ARGL and its linked-to subordinate lodges. There are many theories as to why this lodge was singled out, but one must remember that this site had over 20,000 visits before it went offline after several months of operation. Other lodge websites were barely pushing 1,000 in a decade.

The memory of Sebastian Lodge and its membership will live on as a testament to abusive measures from bigoted Grand Lodges against those lodges that oppose such prejudicial actions.
